About the founder

Intelligence experience applied to business decisions.

Matthew C. Phinney is a transitioning U.S. Air Force intelligence and operations officer with 17 years of service. His career has focused on complex analysis, organizational leadership, requirements prioritization, and senior-level decision support.

He has led operations for an 85-person intelligence organization, coordinated contractors and cross-functional teams, managed hundreds of competing requirements, and briefed senior leaders on risk and recommended courses of action.

Matt is an affiliated business broker with Vaughn & Associates and founder of Phinney Strategic Services, serving Southwest Ohio.
